• You will receive a thank-you note, a letter and/or phone call from us within three working days of our receipt of your gift.
   
• Everyone who gives to the Foundation is invited to our annual Donor Reception to view displays of patient care advances and research discoveries.

Your Annual Gift sustains our programs and services and offers you recognition as part of our Donor Clubs:

• Cornerstone Platinum - $5,000 or more
  All privileges of Cornerstone Gold, plus a special gift when hospitalized and an invitation to a private dinner.

• Cornerstone Gold - $2,500 to $4,999
  All privileges of Cornerstone Silver, plus a hospital tour at your request and special recognition at the CEO luncheon.

• Cornerstone Silver - $1,000 to $2,499
  All privileges of Donor Circle, plus an invitation to a luncheon with the CEO, two hospital information mailings and an invitation to join the Ambassador Program.

• Donor Circle - $150 to 999
  Recognition in the annual Report to the Community, a small thank you gift and invitation to the Donor Reception.

Ambassador Program - All patients of Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento receive the same high level of care. During an Ambassador's hospital stay, the Foundation also reaches out to the patient and their family to offer non-medical concierge-type services:

• Ambassador Bag containing small convenience items
• Parking pass
• Cafeteria voucher
• Card
• Private room when possible
• Hospital visit when possible
   
• When your cumulative lifetime gifts exceed $5,000, you may be listed on the Donor Appreciation Displays in the lobbies of our hospitals.
   
  • Visionaries - $1,000,000 and above
  • Philanthropists - $500,000 to $999,999
  • Humanitarians - $100,000 to $499,999
  • Benefactors - $50,000 to $99,999
  • Founders - $25,000 to $49,999
  • Patrons - $10,000 to $24,999
  • Friends - $5,000 to $9,999
     
• When you notify us that you have included SMCS in your estate plan, your Planned Gift brings you membership in the Heritage Circle, listing on the Heritage Circle displays in the lobbies of our hospitals and invitations to special presentations by our physicians.
   
• When we receive Tribute Gifts totaling $2,500 or more, the honored person's name is included on our Tribute Wall, located on the second floor of Sutter General across from the cafeteria entrance.
