How to Donate a Quilt

Please, Will You Donate a Quilt for 2008?

Quilts will be accepted until September 1 so it is not too late to donate a quilt. To donate a quilt, please follow these guidelines:

  • Quilts may be any size, color or style.
  • Quilts must be new and hand or machine quilted. No tied or used quilts will be accepted.
  • Please complete a quilt donation form for each quilt. To download a quilt donation form, please click here.
  • A 4-inch hanging sleeve is required. For instructions to make a sleeve, please click here.
  • Quilts will be accepted between January 1 and September 1, 2008. Quilts received after September 1 may not be listed in the Auction Program.
  • While it is not required, you may include a label on the back of the quilt.
