12 surgical suites at Sutter General and 9 at Sutter Memorial offer state-of-the-art equipment to enable surgical specialists to the provide inpatient and outpatient surgical services to infants, children, and adults. Surgical specialities include spine, heart and lung, neurological, cancer, orthopedic and medical surgeries for all ages and conditions. Each surgical unit includes pre- and post-operative areas and many are fully equipped for endoscopic procedures. Sutter Medical Center is supported by a team of surgeons and nursing staff committed to surgical excellence and quick recoveries.
