Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento (SMCS) volunteers offer their time and talents to serve, touching the lives of our patients, visitors, and staff. Approximately 350 volunteers (women, men, college students, retirees, and work professionals), representing diverse economic and cultural backgrounds, dedicate their time and energy to volunteering at SMCS. Their devotion and service is vital to both the community and Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento patients and families.
